Our coir production facility which is situated within the coconut triangle plays a vital role for maintaining Coir quality and sustainability. Our Group make use of modern technologies and machineries along with high quality material to produce different blends of Coir- Husk Chips and Cocopeat substrates.

The main necessity in the industry is to store ample quantity of raw materials mainly to be used during rainy weather season and to ensure a continuous supply required for production to meet an uninterrupted delivery target. That is why we place our own production facilities within the coconut triangle in Sri Lanka and maintain a trained group of field officers to visit the coir extraction mills to ensure of collecting good quality raw materials.
We maintain buffer stocks in our stores to meet the demand, where we approximately consume 300 MTS monthly. We maintain company owned drying yards and owned a chain of material suppliers who supply quality standard materials.
The country gets its biggest coconut production from the coconut triangle. About 22% of the total arable land in the country within three districts – Kurunegala and Puttalam ( North Western Province and Gampaha District , which makes up the “ COCONUT TRIANGLE)
We are exporting our unique coir products such as Grow Bags, Planter Bags and Coco-Panels for bucket growing concept for major brands in European market and other destinations and a few hobby sector coconut products for super markets pet bedding sector under their recognized labels.
Quality Maintenance
The entire process starting from drying, collection, storing and producing up to export packing is contentiously supervised and control by a highly qualified and experienced team. We strictly follow the international standards required for a high-quality product.
Buyers request different blends of Cocopeat and Husk Chips for their growing. Our experienced workers strictly attended and supervised the products while blending different mixtures as per the buyer’s specifications. Constant lab tests, random checking of admixtures and finished products for expansion, water holding capacity, accuracy of weight and homogeneity will be strictly maintained.
Statistical details and sample of the products are kept in safe for future reference. Each product is numbered for easy location at the field.
